Welcome to
Wyld Tribe NE
Let's get Wyld.
Relax, Reconnect, Rewire
Hello There
Ever feel a little disconnected?
Maybe it's a disconnection from yourself, your job or another aspect of your life? Maybe you feel a little isolated, that life is happening to you rather than for you?

I think there are times in our lives that we all feel like this - uncertain, isolated, lacking a real sense of self and connection. It can happen slowly over time, or perhaps life throws one of those unmistakable curve balls that knocks you for six (loosing a loved one, a job, or marriage ending) - you maybe a little older and bouncing back feels a little harder than it once did?

When life happened to me I found a reliable comfort in being outdoors. Hiking and camping, being in a community and being supported by a local DV charity were all things which really helped. The Wyld Tribe NE has been 2 years in the making, a business I care deeply about, supporting people going through rough times to come out the other side stronger, more confident and able to deal with the stresses of life a little more gracefully.

Getting outside in nature is clinically proven to reduce stress, doing a little exercise is great at boosting your mental and physical fitness, and coming together as a community helps to make you feel part of something - sharing problems and successes, making you feel less isolated in this frantic, rather chaotic world we find ourselves in.

Wyld Tribe NE gives you the tools to re-connect with yourself through connection with nature, your body and your mind, and a community of like-minded people.
What is it like to be Wyld?
Over time I'm sure Wyld Tribe NE will evolve, but here's a taste of things to come

Small Group Walks
From short wellbeing walks under 5 miles, to hikes of over 10 miles. Small group walks to boost physical and mental wellness, build self esteem and connection to nature, yourself and others in the community.

Forest School for adults
Whether in the woods or by the coast, these sessions incorporate Forest school ethos - a long term project of regular sessions, rather than one-off sessions. Being in nature. Holistic development. Participant led. Time for reflection.

Mental well-being coaching
Working with groups and individuals to co-create a plan of action to move carefully from wherever you are at the present moment, to where you would like to be. This work is done with trauma informed practice, slow paced and with small, consistent steps
